At Double Bagel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of the purchase date. Please review the details below:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
• You will receive 100% of the value as in-store credit.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return (see below for details on final sale items).

Return Process:

1. Initiate the return process by contacting our customer service team at hello@doublebagel.ca.
2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and ship it back to us using the provided return label.

Return Shipping:

• We offer free return shipping for eligible returns within the 30-day window.

Restocking Fee:

• A 5% restocking fee will be applied to returns processed within the 30-day window. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.
